Shipping
We offer shipping within the specified regions. Shipping times may vary based on your location, the availability of products, and origin country of products. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once items are shipped from the supplier, no changes to the final destination can be made.
Goods Returned in Transit
If the package is sent back to the supplier during transit for any reason, and the buyer applies for a refund, the refund will be processed in (five) 5 business days.
Goods Destroyed in Transit
If the package/goods are destroyed in transit, and the buyer has proof (screenshot) from the logistics website the order was destroyed, the refund will be processed in (five) 5 business days.
Wrong Receipt Information
If buyer puts wrong receipt information on an order, the buyer should contact Your InHome Decor customer service within (two) 2 business days with the correct receipt information. Please note, the receipt information correction or order cancellation are not guaranteed.
Returns
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within (five) 5 days of receipt for a partial refund or exchange. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. All returns will be subject to a restocking fee, as determined by Your InHome Decor and product supplier. 100% of the Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support within (five) 5 days of receiving your order for assistance.
Defective Items include damaged packaging, missing or wrong goods, or product is not as described. Buyer must provide valid proof (photos/videos of goods received that shows the problem clearly) to Your InHome Decor for consideration.
All returned items will be subject to a restocking fee
